Editing Creative Contents

Edit creative contents by either opening the creative from Recent Email Creatives, or opening the creative from the document explorer then double-clicking on the content on the content bar.

Creative contents can be edited in Source or Design View.

Click the Save button to save your changes. The content processor will display if there are any new variables, events or images added that require mapping.

Once the changes have been saved it is good practice to view the content in Preview mode to see how the recipients will receive the creative contents. Gallery view will give a more thorough check on how your emails render.

If Approvals and Notes is switched on any email creatives, used as part of a campaign, that is live or in an approval state, are locked disabling the Save dialogue. If saving is attempted a warning message highlighting which campaigns have the creative locked appears advising to move the campaign into an editing state to make any updates. Save as can still be used to make a copy of the creative.
